Strength through adversity

Not every victory is loud.

Enmity is a unique, one-of-one artwork created to represent the strength, resilience and dignity of women.

At its centre is a warrior, kneeling after the struggle — not in defeat, but in a moment of reflection. Her armour represents resilience. Her sword represents courage and the ability to stand against adversity. The serpent represents the challenges, fears and difficulties encountered through life.

But the most important element is the flower.

Held gently at the centre of the piece, it represents compassion, kindness and beauty — a reminder that strength does not require us to lose the qualities that make us who we are.

The inspiration comes from the imagery of Eve and the serpent, and the idea of enmity between the woman and the serpent. The finished artwork is my interpretation of that struggle: not simply a battle to be won, but the strength found in continuing forward without losing yourself along the way.

Every element has been deliberately designed, 3D printed, assembled and individually hand-finished. The result is not a reproduction or a production-line piece, but one particular interpretation captured in a single finished artwork. Presented beneath a real Glass Dome.

A story you can discover

This piece contains a small hidden detail for its owner.

An integrated NFC tag allows you to use a smartphone to discover the story behind Enmity — including the inspiration, symbolism and journey from an idea on a computer screen to the finished artwork in your hands.

And perhaps fittingly, there is also a small reference to time within the piece — a reminder that struggles pass, moments change, and what remains is the person we become through them.

Collection & Delivery

Enmity is a carefully finished but delicate piece of artwork, presented beneath a real glass dome. To ensure it reaches its new owner in perfect condition, I don't offer postal or courier delivery.

Collection from Greater Manchester is available, or I can arrange local delivery personally.
